There’s no such thing as a born leader. What there are , are people who have developed, shaped and honed their character through the practice of human virtues and who apply the principles learned throughout their organization and who expect everyone to adopt and apply them as well.
The world is in desperate need of leaders who live out, as best as humanly possible, the virtues of magnanimity, humility, courage, self-control, prudence, justice all while serving the common good, upholding the dignity of the human person, making decisions that positively impact their clients, employees, vendors, shareholders / owners and the community at large and giving their employees the environment to thrive and grow based on their abilities.
We need leaders to stand up and take the helm in industry, all levels of government and all levels in the Church. Don’t like the direction society is going?
