A business is a community of people. Leadership in all companies have a responsibility to uphold the dignity of their employees. Every person has value, is to be respected, and kept free from manipulation and exploitation. Toxic cultures in the workplace can turn around and become great places to work based on this premise.
I love it when business / leadership gurus align their breakthrough ideas and thoughts to those of popes, saints, doctors and scholars of the Catholic Church through the ages.
