STEP 1: Assess your company's health
The organizational checkup will tell you where you are on the path to building a healthy, people-centric business – a mature business that you can love and have a life too! Developing business mastery takes time, so you will be coming back to this checkup on a routine basis. Every time you fill out the checkup, your percentage should increase.
STEP 2: Book Your Discovery Call
Fill out an application to request a 30-minute discovery call. STEP 3: Audit a Peer Group Meeting
How serious are we about helping you develop your leadership team? We want you to experience an Attollo meeting to check for “fit”. We will invite you to particpate fully with the group members and to experience what they experience every month and ask any questions you may have. It’s the single best way to determine whether the Catholic peer group/coaching model is the best fit for you at this time (and vice versa).
STEP 4: Make a Decision
We strongly believe you should “Let what you say be simply Yes or No.” (Matt 5:37) about joining Attollo. Based on our clients’ results, the leaders who get the best result from a peer group are the ones who are all-in from Day 1. If you’re ready to approach this work with that level of intensity and passion…and we feel you are the right fit for the group, we’ll make things official.
STEP 5: Kick off session
To kick off our work together, you and your chair will start a 30-day rapid implementation process. You’ll leave your Kickoff session with a clear understanding of exactly what steps you need to take in your privately held business to reach your goals FAST. You’ll learn how to start building leaders in your team, work from an Accountability Chart with detailed roles for each, set your first set of FAST Rocks, create a company scoreboard, and set clear meeting agendas, stop wasting time, track your progress with clarity, and much more.
