I often see on my LinkedIn and other news feeds what I have come to call “leadership by the numbers” articles. You know, the ones I mean “4 Things Successful Leaders Do to Empower Employees” or “5 Simple Steps to Leadership”. Some of the titles are amusing, others just straight forward. All interesting.
